  4. Hey Kiki, I was thinking about you today, thanks so much for stopping by! Hope your garden catches up soon. :)

Hi Diane, Thanks for your kind words, very much appreciated. :)

Hi Marion, Glad you popped in. I didn't use to consider bloom time, but now try to consider it. Makes a big difference for keeping the parade of blooms going all season.

  6. I just love the snapdragons. Sometimes they are difficult to find in such beautiful colors.
Love all these blooms you shared. Hooray for summer!

  7. Hi Rebecca, Flowers come and go so quickly that I sometimes find that I miss opportunities to shoot them. I had ever intention of taking lots of lilac pictures, but I was so busy I missed them almost entirely. Yours are all so pretty. And I love the snapdragon you opened with.

  8. Hi Rosey, This is the new 'Peachy Dragon', I saw it in another blog recently and went on a mission to find it. So glad I was successful!

Hi Jennifer, I know what you mean, I've had that happen a few times. I have found that trying to maintain a blog has helped me take the time to check on & photograph plants more often, which has increased my garden time & enjoyment. The snapdragon is 'Peachy Dragon', if you want to look for it. :)

  9. Oh Rebecca I love the last Lilac of your. How lovely. I love your Bleeding Hearts and Lamium too. Your spring garden is looking so pretty. I wish I could smell your lilacs. Mine were gone too fast this spring.

  10. Hi Lona, 'Sensation' is a special one indeed, with the dainty white edges. Lamium is a cute groundcover, this one is growing well even in full shade.

  11. Rebecca, The size of your pink bleeding heart is amazing; it looks wonderful. I think I have that same variety of pink/purple osteospermum growing in a container on my deck. Love your lilacs, too. (Mine are pretty much done.) -Jean

  12. Hi Jean, it is a monster! Over 4 feet across. I really like potted osteospermums, they are so bright and cheery. :)
